Join Denton High Cares for the Tenth Anniversary of our signature event: LISAPALOOZA! Enjoy awesome performances by great musical acts! Featuring reunions of the amazing Agents of Kaos and Austin-based The Dentones, both of which got their start at Denton High and also with UVER, Donal Hinely, Aden Black, St. Ivy, and Caleb Michael & The Arrested. YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS THIS SHOW!
In addition to the music, there will be fabulous prizes featured in a silent auction and raffle, and food and beverages available for purchase.
As always, it'll be a rocking party promising great fun for a great cause!
Denton High Cares is the trade name for the Denton High School Family Assistance Foundation, a tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). Denton High Cares was formed on August 8, 2014 with the mission of providing financial or other assistance to current and former students, faculty, and staff of Denton High School in times of medical or other crises. The inspiration for our organization was the effort to help Dr. Lisa L. Rollins (Denton High Class of 1983), in her fight against cancer. The original Lisapalooza was held on August 23, 2014 at Dan's Silverleaf in Denton, and featured eight fantastic musical acts (including Lisa's son, Dakoda). This event is presented in Lisa's memory, and all proceeds will go to support the mission of the Foundation.
