WTF Whiskey Tango Music Festival CANCELED

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the cancellation of Whiskey Tango Fest, scheduled for Saturday, October 3.

After careful consideration of the conditions surrounding this weekend, we simply cannot responsibly move forward with the festival while ensuring the safety of our patrons, artists, staff, vendors, and production crews. The safety of everyone involved must always come first.

A lot of hard work, late nights, excitement, and heart went into bringing year one of Whiskey Tango Fest to life. We are incredibly disappointed that we won't be able to share this day with you as originally planned.

The music will go on at Hoots Hall!

While Whiskey Tango Fest is canceled, The Teague Brothers Band and The Ghosts of Hill County will still be performing indoors at Hoots Hall on Saturday, October 3, starting at 7:30 PM.

And the night doesn't end there! The after-party featuring Aaron Copeland & Friends will still go on as planned, so we hope you'll join us for an evening of great live music and good company.

All Whiskey Tango Fest ticket holders will receive a refund for their tickets. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We appreciate your patience as we process these refunds.

We also want to recognize the One Tribe Foundation. Supporting their work with veterans, first responders, and their families has been at the heart of this event, and our commitment to their mission does not end here.

To everyone who believed in year one, supported us, worked behind the scenes, purchased tickets, and planned to spend Saturday with us, thank you. Your support means more than you know, and we are truly sorry for the change in plans.

Thank you for your understanding, continued support, and for standing with us. We hope to see you Saturday night inside Hoots Hall as we come together for a night of music and community.

With gratitude,
The Hoots Hall Team
