FAQs for the Lawn Pass for the 2026 season at Zoo Amphitheatre:
- A 2026 Lawn Pass includes one (1) ticket to the general admission lawn for participating concerts and events at the Zoo Amphitheatre for the 2026 season.
- There is a limit of two (2) lawn passes per purchaser.
- Other perks of the Lawn Pass include:
- Insider access to special offers and presales for participating events at the Zoo Amphitheatre and partner venues,
- Priority Fast Pass entry when available,
- Automatic entry into raffles for upgrades at the venue, and more!
- Easily redeem your pass at the box office on event days. For each event, the Pass Holder presents their ID at the Box Office to receive their event entry ticket.
- Buying the lawn pass as a gift? Fill out the Pass Holder form before submitting payment information. Make a mistake? Immediately contact us at info@okczooamp.com
- The Pass Holder must be present, and the Pass Holder name must match the photo ID presented at the box office to receive entry into each event. After carting your lawn pass, you are prompted to provide the Pass Holder information.
- If Email and Phone Number are not provided, you may miss out on important event updates (like weather and date changes) as well as unique perks and opportunities exclusive to our lawn pass holders!
- If a pass is going to a child, you may prefer to put the order under the legal guardian's name and contact information for pick up and updates.
- If you bought yourself an additional lawn pass for the ability to invite a friend with you, when prompted for Pass Holder information, please repeat your name on both passes to collect all tickets at the box office.
- The 2026 zoo amphitheatre lawn pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. Subject to Prekindle’s full terms of use. The lawn pass grants entry into participating events, some exclusions may apply. Check back regularly for the full list of participating events. YOU MUST BE PRESENT WITH YOUR PHOTO ID ON THE EVENT DAY TO RECEIVE YOUR ENTRY TICKET.
