Location & Parking

The Criterion is located at 500 E. Sheridan Ave in Oklahoma City. 

There is a parking lot directly west of the building, which is pay to park. The closest free parking is at Bass Pro Shop, 2 blocks South of The Criterion. We recommend carpooling or taking a rideshare or public transportation as parking may be limited at the venue and its surrounding areas.

Delayed Delivery

To protect the community from third-party resellers, tickets are delivered to your email address 24 hours before the event starts. A link to your tickets can also be found in your Know Before You Go email at that time.

Cashless Facility

Our venue, box office, and bars are cashless, getting you through the line faster to enjoy the show. Touring merchandise may still accept cash, and cash tips are always welcome. 

Age Restrictions

The Criterion is an all-ages venue unless otherwise stated. Age restrictions are listed on the ticketing page for each event on Prekindle.

Bag policy

No backpacks of any kind are allowed. No bags larger than 8.5” x 11” are permitted. Bag searches and walk-through metal detectors are used at all entrances.
