With the name “Know Thy Farmer”, this immaculate five-course affair is the heart and soul of Chefs For Farmers. Five local Texas farms will pair with five top-notch chefs, to honor the farm-to-table spirit and present 125 lucky guests with expertly prepared regional cuisine, served with perfectly paired wine. The superb chefs of the evening are Michael Ehlert of The French Room, Sharon Hage of Farm-to-Fork Consulting, Rebecca Masson of Fluff Bake Bar, Matt McCallister of FT33, and Scott Romano of Dry Creek Kitchen.
This special evening will be set in the distinguished 19th Floor Century Room of the landmark Adolphus Hotel in downtown Dallas. The Adolphus was the first grand hotel in Dallas, and after its recent renovation, every historic detail shines again. Take a step back in history when you take a seat in these storied banquet halls.
Guests will also enjoy a live auction with the meal, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the farms featured at Chefs For Farmers 2017.
