2025 Bubbles and Jazz Holiday Brunch At Blue Ostrich Winery
Join Blue Ostrich Winery & Vineyard as we say SO LONG to 2025, and HOWDY to 2026 at our annual Bubbles and Jazz holiday brunch on Sunday, December 28th from 11AM to 1PM in the Blue Ostrich Pavilion. Join us for light and breezy live jazz from musician/vocalist Brian Reilly, and indulge in a curated seasonal brunch prepared on site.
At check in, each guest will be greeted with a glass of our Full Quill Blanc de Blancs champagne. Our sweet and savory Holiday Brunch menu includes:
1st course: Individual holiday butter board consisting of fluffy whipped sweet cream butter, layered with apricot and red fruit preserves, hazelnuts, and herbs and served with crusty bread.
2nd course: Load up on luck going into the new year with traditional Texas style black-eyed peas simmered with smoked pork, onion, celery and bell pepper and served with rice.
MAIN COURSE: A rich and filling Gruyere and sage breakfast strata: Toasted buttery croissants, fresh egg, breakfast sausage, sage, and Gruyere cheese. Served with a green winter salad of arugula, ripe Texas grapefruit wedges, salted pistachios and aged Parmigiano-Reggiano.
DESSERT: Citrus champagne pound cake with fresh whipped cream and seasonal fruit accompaniment.

No groups larger than six will be seated together. Please notify us if you wish to sit with someone who is buying tickets separately from you. No animals allowed in the pavilion. This is a prix fixe meal, we can not accommodate food substitutions. No refunds, all sales final.
