A night of celebrating 4 great years for Tobias Lund in Austin, with music from "the family band", consisting of great musicians he has collaborated with, all while raising money to help keep Tobias in Austin!
On Saturday May 28, we are bringing the community together at Mohawk, to celebrate all the good times that have already been had, and to help raise money for those good times to continue.
For the time ever, The Tobias Lund Family Band will be performing - consisting of seasoned Austin instrumentalists and 8+ guest singers. The guest singers will perform songs written with Tobias Lund - some of which have never been played live before. Guest performers include Smooth Nature, Bartly, Andrea Young, Seth Celdran, EddieAngel, Jose Cafaro, JTB and more.
Limited edition merch will be available for sale at the show.
His signature sound — best described as Nordic Soul — blends Scandinavian minimalism with funky grooves, velvet R&B textures, and soulful vocals.
After relocating from Denmark in 2023, Tobias has quietly built a magnetic presence in Austin, Texas. His calm, people-first approach is lifting up the community around him, including 6 collaborative releases with artists based in Austin and Nashville, with more to come.Tobias Lund and his groovy 5-piece band have earned acclaim from organizations like KUTX and Sonic Guild, slowly becoming a house-hold name in the South, as they frequently tour across Texas, Louisiana, and Tennessee.
