We’re back for the 5th Annual OHB Gumbo Cook Off on Saturday, February 28th, and we’re looking for the best bowl in the metroplex.
Do you have a secret family recipe that puts everyone else’s to shame? Are you from Louisiana (or Southeast Texas) and constantly complaining that Dallas gumbo is "garbage"? Then prove it.
We’re calling out all the home cooks and bayou transplants: Sign up, bring your crock pot, and show us what real gumbo tastes like. It’s just $25 to enter, and we’re handing out 100% of the entry fees to the Top 3 finalists. Impress our local expert judges and take home the cash—and the bragging rights.
