Deep Cuts 2026
Join us Saturday, February 21st at 5pm for our annual cellar sale! We’re pulling out a selection of bottles from the cellar for one day only and making them available to the public. Many will sell out, and this will be your last chance to snag that favorite bottle you remember from 2, 3, 4, 5+ years ago.
We’re doing an epic food collab with Isabel Eats! She used Stonecloud Nite to create an original (and dangerously delicious) Shredded Pork Torta Recipe. We’ll be cooking up 40 sandwiches for you to try at the event included with purchase of a Deep Cuts ticket. Don’t worry, if you miss out on the tickets, we’ll still be slinging shredded pork tacos until sold out.
What's On The Sandwich
Shredded pork torta in a guajillo, ancho, and Stonecloud Nite chile sauce, cilantro lime slaw, refried black beans, Oaxacan cheese, avocado, pickled jalapeños, and pickled red onions
Included With Ticket:
- A Stonecloud X Isabel Eats Collaboration Torta
- A custom deck of recipe cards on instructions on how to prepare the torta, shredded chile pork, cilantro lime slaw, refried black beans, pickled red onions, and mashed avocados
- One 12oz can of Stonecloud Nite to recreate the recipe at home
