Mo Robson is a Texas born singer/songwriter based in Dallas.
He has been playing his brand of Honky-Tonk music on stages across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas since 1999 and has released four albums.
His music can best be described as simple, gritty, hard drivin’ honky-tonk. His writing is straight ahead and honest, with recurring themes of life’s highs and lows as seen through the eyes of the workin’ man, often times with a lighter hearted view. Loving, leaving, scraping by and drinking are common subject matter that he draws from.
Mo’s live shows pack a punch and get people dancing, drinking and singing along. He has played shows with many great artists along the way, supporting such acts as Billy Joe Shaver, Jason Boland and The Stragglers, Roger Creager, Dale Watson, Asleep at The Wheel and David Allan Coe, at times playing well over 100 shows a year.
Currently Mo is writing material for his upcoming fifth album which he plans to release in 2019. He is playing shows in his local region and hard at work to expand his touring range and begin making runs through the West, Midwest and Southeast regions.
