ROCK THE YARD CANYON is featuring QUEENSRŸCHE, Stephen Pearcy of RATT, Slaughter, and Steven Adler Band of Guns N' Roses Live at The Lumberyard in Canyon, Texas on September 14th. This will be an outdoor show on the First United Bank Stage!

In April 2022, QUEENSRŸCHE finished a five-week North American tour supporting metal gods Judas Priest. That tour wasn’t merely a fiery return to the stage for QUEENSRŸCHE after a two-year pandemic: it was a rejuvenation. The sound of a band locked-in and firing on all cylinders. “The Priest tour was a great springboard for us to get back onstage in what’s essentially a new world,” says founding guitarist Michael Wilton. “We had so much momentum going off of our last record [2019’s The Verdict] and then, the world, our business, came to a grinding halt. We had to survive, pick ourselves up and get back to being QUEENSRŸCHE.” Now, their legacy has coalesced into another career milestone for the Bellevue, Washington borne band with the release of their 16th studio album, Digital Noise Alliance.

Stephen Pearcy of RATT
As the founder, lead singer and songwriter of the metal rock band RATT, Stephen Pearcy is credited with having been a pioneer of the early 80's Sunset Strip rock scene. Having led his creation to Mega Multi- Platinum Success Year after Year from 1984 to 1991. Capturing critical acclaim for his performances, style and uniquely salacious vocals. Pearcy formed RATT in Los Angeles in 1982 from his previous band Mickey RATT. Known for their overtly sexual appearance, rebellious attitude and take no prisoner approach to metal, Atlantic Records recognized RATT’s potential and star power thus signing the band to a contract resulting in the 1984 album “Out of the Cellar”, which became one of many multi-platinum successes. RATT climbed up the charts with singles from “Out of the Cellar”, soaring past Prince’s “Let’s Go Crazy”, Van Halen’s “Panama”, Madonna’s “Borderline” and David Bowies “Blue Jean”.
For the past decade SLAUGHTER has continued to tour, performing 40 - 50 shows per year at casinos, fairs, festivals and biker rallies all across the US to record breaking audiences. SLAUGHTERs have furthermore enjoyed successful festival shows in Sweden, Japan, Mexico & Germany.
SLAUGHTER has shown that with perseverance and sheer talent, a band can survive and win over the support of fans, regardless of what others may say about the quality of their music. What's most important is that their music is still here and the vast majority of critics who panned them in the past are not, and that's as good as gold.
Here's to "SLAUGHTER"……….
Here's to 30 YEARS of Rock n Roll and the Love Of Music and the Love Of Life……..
Steven Adler Band of GUNS N' Roses
Steven Adler, best known as the founding drummer of “GUNS N’ ROSES”, one of the most influential,
groundbreaking hard rock bands to emerge from the late-80′s L.A. hard rock scene, has returned to
pick up where he left off with his re-energized line up of musicians.
