Time for another class in Matt's personal outdoor kitchen. AKA. The Meat Church Live Fire Kitchen! This kitchen has more BBQ and grilling toys that you can imagine; A built in El Rey offset stick burner, custom Santa Maria, Big Green Eggs, Traeger, Lynx, Blaze, Fire Disc, Hasty Bake, Pit Barrel and more!
This time our dear friend Moe Cason is coming in from Iowa to team up with Matt to teach you the essence of low and slow Barbecue. During this 5 hour barbecue school we will be teaching you how to perfect brisket, pork shoulder, pork ribs and beef ribs. Moe took 5th place this year in pork shoulder at the Memphis in May World Championship so you are in for a treat!
All meats will be cooked on an offset smoker but we will cover the technique on other cookers such as Big Green Egg and Traeger as well.
Also, you will also receive breakfast when you arrive, finish with dessert off the smoker and get a limited edition Moe Cason\Meat Church Barbecue School t-shirt that we designed just for this class.
You are welcome to bring your own adult drinks. Soft drinks, water, some Twisted X craft beer and recipe cards will be provided.
This class will be hosted at our historic Waxahachie home built in 1890. We are limiting this event to 30 folks so it's an intimate class. Get your tickets quick as this class is expected to sellout fast.
