Howard Hall is a 23 year vet in comedy and is just warming up. The Baton Rouge/ Austin, Tx based comedian has toured clubs and colleges for over a decade and was recently on the Theo Von “Return of the Rat” tour. You can currently see him all around Austin, Tx and the South East region killing stages and touring on his newly released album “Hall Pass” on all streaming services.
