Get ready for this year’s Splash & Blast, Celina’s biggest summer bash at Old Celina Park! Join us on Saturday, June 27, from 5:00 to 10:00 PM for an exciting evening of live music, family-friendly fun, and a spectacular fireworks show at dark.
The City of Celina is offering a limited number of paid parking passes for onsite grass parking at First
United Methodist Church, conveniently located directly across from Old Celina Park.
Don’t miss out! Pay-to-Park Passes are limited, so secure yours now to enjoy convenient parking near
the Splash & Blast event site and easy access to all the fun!
Splash & Blast Pay-to-Park Pass
Cost: $25 per vehicle (plus service fees)

Parking Lot Hours: 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturday, June 27, 2026
Vehicle Removal Deadline: All vehicles must be removed by 8:00 AM on Sunday, June 28. Any vehicles
remaining after this time will be relocated at the owner's expense.
Important Parking Pass Information
· One parking pass is required per vehicle.
· No re-entry. Once a vehicle exits the parking area, the parking pass becomes invalid for re-entry.
· Oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, and buses are not permitted.
· Limited ADA-accessible parking is available for purchase within the Splash & Blast Pay-to-Park
area on a first-come, first-served basis. All vehicles must purchase parking and display a valid
state-issued disabled parking placard or license plate to access ADA-designated spaces. Free
ADA-accessible shuttle service will also be available from Celina High School. For additional
shuttle information, please visit the Official Splash & Blast website.
· Outside alcoholic beverages may not be brought into or taken out of the event grounds.
Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase onsite.
· All bags and coolers are subject to security screening upon entry.
· Canopies, tent structures, and any items that may obstruct views or be considered unsafe are
prohibited.
· Chairs and blankets are allowed in designated areas.
· Splash & Blast is a free outdoor, rain or shine public event. Weather conditions are actively
monitored in coordination with the City’s Emergency Management Team to help ensure the
safety of attendees, vendors, and staff. If weather-related changes become necessary, updates
will be shared through official social media channels (@LifeInCelinaTX), on the event website at
Life in Celina, and through onsite announcements.

Recommended Items to Bring
Blankets, lawn chairs, sunscreen, bug spray, personal bags, reusable water bottles, wagons/strollers, and closed-toed shoes for the Ninja Nation Course.
Prohibited Items
- Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into or taken out of the festival event site. Alcohol will be available for purchase on site.
- All bags and coolers are subject to security screening upon entry
- Canopies, tent structures, or any items that may obstruct views or be deemed unsafe
- Illegal substances
- Open flames, grills, or cooking equipment
- Glass containers
- Professional video, audio, or recording equipment
- Fireworks, sparklers, laser pointers, confetti, explosives, or any item deemed unsafe
- Drones or any remote-controlled flying devices
- Professional-grade two-way radios or walkie talkies
- Unauthorized flyers, promotional materials, solicitation, or giveaways
- Bicycles, scooters, ATVs, golf carts, or other wheeled vehicles not required for medical use
- Animals, except ADA-certified service animals, are not permitted on shuttles or within event area
