Celebrate 50 years of The Rocky Horror Picture Show! Join Garland Downtown Business Association for a one-night-only anniversary screening of the cult classic. Costumes & audience participation encouraged — let’s do the Time Warp again!

For half a century, audiences around the world have shouted, danced, and thrown toast at midnight with Dr. Frank-N-Furter, Brad, Janet, and the whole outrageous cast of characters. Now, you can relive the magic (or experience it for the first time) in the grandeur of The Plaza Theatre.

Since its 1975 release, Rocky Horror has grown from midnight screenings to an international cultural institution. In recognition of its impact, the film was inducted into the Library of Congress National Film Registry, preserving its legacy as a “culturally, historically, and aesthetically significant” work.

There will be photo opps with a cash/credit bar. Plus, head to Downtown Garland early to enjoy the Carley Reese Jazz Band and acrobatic performances. Performances from 6:30 - 8 p.m. on the square lawn.
