DFW China Town Drive-In Night Market presents Karate Kid
RESCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 6TH: DFW Chinatown, Asian Film Festival of Dallas and Jeng Chi presents their first ever night market and drive-in movie featuring the 1984 classic, Karate Kid. The market will also feature various China Town vendors and restarants including Jeng Chi Restaurant and Bar, Canton Chinese, Tofu Factory, Java Land Coffee Haus, Sichaun King, Maru Ramen and Good Fortune Supermarket.
We are limited to 70 cars, and parking spaces will go quickly, so please rsvp here and register on Prekidle now. If you don't register for a parking space on Prekindle you won't have a spot. Only one ticket per car is needed, so bring the whole family. Parking spots are just $20 per space, and we will have a limited number of idividual outdoor and socially distanced seating for $11.
Food Tickets are $6, which can be pre-ordered here, are good for all of the participating restaurants and vendors at the market. When you are away from your vehicle and visiting outdoor market vendors you must wear a mask and social distance.
The entire show will be broadcast over the FM dial straight to your car stereo on portable radio on 95.7 FM, and we will also have an outdoor soundsystem to hear the film.
Restrooms will be available — one person at a time and socially distanced. If you're in a truck, van, SUV, or tall car, please park in the back row so smaller cars can see. Drive-in parking for the film and event will be on the south side of the parking lot behind the statues. We will have parking guides to help you get parked in a spot. Please arrive between 6PM and 7PM to get parked and enjoy the vendors before the film presentation.
