World-renowned chef and humanitarian José Andrés comes to Dallas FOR a one-night-only event at Zaytinya, the chef's Frisco restaurant that brings to life the regional cuisines of the Mediterranean. Join Dallas Morning News restaurant critic Michalene Busico, Head Chef Jon Thompson and Chef Andres for a family-style dinner of mezze dishes — small plates that are meant to be shared — featuring recipes from his new cookbook, Vegetables Unleashed, which celebrates the vibrancy and versatility of vegetables. The multi-course meal will include Mediterranean wine pairings by Master Sommelier, Andy Myers.
