Matthew Payne: Folk, Country, and Blues Americana artist from down the street in Austin.

Paynes debut EP is called "Coyote Howlin Blues," and was recorded at Cedar Creek Recording (James McMurtry, Jimmie LaFave). 
He plays often at Cactus Cafe, 04 Center, & Continental Gallary, Oasis Backyard.
Payne hosts a monthly songwriter rounds in at the Hole in the Wall and BatchATX and is currently recording a full-length album with Kevin Smith (bassist for Willie Nelson) and Marty Muse (pedal steel for REK).
