Vendor Booth Registration

We are excited to welcome you as an exhibitor at the Annual Diocesan Convention! This is a wonderful opportunity to share your ministry, organization, or business with clergy, lay leaders, and delegates from across North Texas. Convention brings together a vibrant community for worship, fellowship, and the work of the Diocese, and exhibitors are an important part of the experience.

Convention Details​

• Location: Episcopal School of Dallas, 4100 Merrell Rd, Dallas, TX 75229
• Convention Date: November 7 
• Setup: November 6 between 4-6 p.m, or November 7, at 7 a.m.

Convention registration for delegates and guests will open at 7:30am, and we anticipate concluding the business proceedings around noon. While we will not have a formal sit-down lunch this year, boxed lunches will be available should the proceedings extend into the afternoon. Our hope is to conclude the business of Convention by lunchtime.

Exhibitor Information

• Booth fee: $50 per table
• Electrical access is limited and must be requested in advance. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own long, heavy-duty extension cords.
• Registration deadline: October 23
