Firestone & Robertson Distilling Co. and Meat Church have teamed up for an epic culinary event at Whiskey Ranch in Fort Worth, TX. During this 3 hour class you will learn how to perfect brisket, brisket burnt ends & our super popular pork belly burnt ends. Your ticket includes a beautiful tour of Whiskey Ranch’s Still House, a 10% discount at the Ranch Store, and three custom cocktails made by Whiskey Ranch’s resident mixologist. The BBQ and grilling menu consists of a BBQ appetizer, brisket, brisket burnt ends & pork belly samples. We will cover everything from meat selection and trimming, seasoning, wood and pellet selection, cooking & of course we will all enjoy eating the final product! We will be cooking on Traeger Grills. All questions will be answered including how to apply this to other grills and smokers.
