Goat Yoga on the Plaza

Goat Yoga Dallas will host a 60-minute outdoor yoga class in The Plaza at Toyota Music Factory from 10:00am–11:00am; participants should arrive 15 minutes early for check-in; the session includes beginner-level yoga with goats interacting throughout class; open to ages 5 and up (children must be accompanied by an adult); attendees should bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activity; registration is required due to limited space.
