Get ready for a fun and rowdy Brisket Cook-Off at the brewery on Saturday, July 11th! Here is how it works: you smoke your best brisket at home, transport it in a hot box or cooler, and bring it down to OHB. You'll cut your meat on-site and present both lean and fatty slices to our panel of judges (assigned turn-in times start at 3:00 PM). It is only $25 to enter, and 100% of the entry fees go directly to our top three pitmasters. Even better, every single entry walks away with a prize! Keep an eye out because registration officially opens next week.
