On Wednesday night, January 11th, Chef Tim Byres will prepare a special four course dinner served at Smoke Restaurant in Plano at the North East corner of Park & Preston. Attendees will have reserved seats in our private dining area and will be joined by Chef Tim Byres for some live fire cooking. Also, Peticolas Brewing will be on site to pair one of their amazing craft brews with each course. The price is only $65 per person for this special experience plus 20% gratuity and sales tax.
