Mayawell Morning: Friday, 6/3
#WearOrange Start your morning off right, by coming by 800 Congress to chat with fellow TV Campers about what you’re excited to see (or have seen!) over a Rosen’s Bagel, some coffee, and obviously, a delicious Mayawell made with organic, hand-harvested agave. This year, we once again unite in our call to end gun violence as we come together with our partners at Everytown for Gun Safety for #WearOrange Weekend. We encourage all attendees to wear something orange on Friday June 3 to honor all the communities shattered by gun violence every day in our country. Together, we call for meaningful action to save lives. Come talk to representatives from Everytown and participate in the We Remember Care Cards Project sent to express support to survivors and their loved ones. More info on how you can support the organization's efforts can be found here: Wearorange.org or everytown.org. PLEASE NOTE: This event is NOT eligible for Fast Pass reservations, and is open to CAMP BADGES.

One Story. Multiple Timelines.
While most stories follow a linear path, some are best told in parallel - unfolding across multiple timelines that inform and shape one another, while simultaneously deepening our understanding of the story and its characters. We'll dive into the multiple timeline trend to explore what elements make a story suited to this structure, how to creatively juggle one story across multiple points in time, and the ways in which a multi-timeline structure changes the stakes and challenges our expectations as viewers. OPENING NIGHT: Dark Winds presented by AMC Networks
AMC Networks and ATX TV Festival invite you to join us for the Opening Night event of Season 11, featuring the World Premiere screening of "Dark Winds," a new psychological thriller from creator/executive producer Graham Roland based on the iconic Leaphorn & Chee book series by Tony Hillerman. Set in 1971 on a remote outpost of the Navajo Nation near Monument Valley, "Dark Winds" follows Lieutenant Joe Leaphorn (Zahn McClarnon, "The Son," "Westworld," "Fargo") of the Tribal Police as he is besieged by a series of seemingly unrelated crimes. The closer he digs to the truth, the more he exposes the wounds of his past. He is joined on this journey by his new deputy, Jim Chee (Kiowa Gordon, "The Red Road," "Roswell, New Mexico"). Chee, too, has old scores to settle from his youth on the reservation. Together, the two men battle the forces of evil, each other and their own personal demons on the path to salvation. Following the premiere screening, cast and creatives will join for a Q&A conversation about the pilot episode, and what’s to come for Leaphorn and Chee. "Dark Winds" is an AMC Studios production, and will premiere June 12 on AMC and AMC+. Executive producers also include George R.R. Martin, Robert Redford, Tina Elmo, and Vince Gerardis.
