TX Whiskey and Meat Church have teamed up for an epic Texas BBQ culinary event at Whiskey Ranch in Fort Worth, TX. During this event you will learn how to perfect Texas style brisket and beef short ribs. Plus, Matt will explain how he made the smoked pork tenderloin slider that is served as an appetizer upon arrival.

Your ticket includes a smoked tenderloin slider appetizer, samples of the brisket and beef ribs that Matt teaches, 2 sides, 3 custom cocktails made by Whiskey Ranch’s resident mixologist and a 10% discount at the ranch store. Water and soft drinks will also be provided.

The event is 5:00 - 9:00. From 5:00 - 8:00 Matt will teach everything from meat selection and trimming, seasoning, wood and pellet selection, cooking & of course we will all enjoy eating the final product. Matt teaches time and temperature and these lessons will apply to all cooking skill levels and all types of smokers. All questions will be answered. 

The final hour from 8:00 - 9:00 will be to shop, enjoy your final cocktail and for the meet & greet.
