Participating artists receive:

- 10' x 10' display space includes canopy, table, and 2 chairs
- Prominent visibility on Downtown Garland's Square
- Comprehensive event marketing
- Artist spotlights on the website
Artist requirements:

- Must display work that falls within defined artwork categories (listed below)
- Agree to Terms and Conditions
- $100 artist site fee. Must submit payment by March 13, following notification of event acceptance.
Important Dates:

- Jan 26 – Application opens
- Feb 27 – Application deadline
- Mar 9 – Artist notification
- Mar 13 – Site fee must be received
- Mar 28 – Load-in available from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Vehicles must be off-site by 1:00 p.m.
- Mar 28 – Festival opens at 2:00 p.m.
