Rideshare & Parking
Rideshare pickup/drop off is located at the OKC Zoo parking lot. Please enter OKC Zoo Drive from NE Grand Blvd and use the designated pickup/drop off point.
There is plenty of public parking north of The Zoo Amphitheatre at the Oklahoma City Zoo and Science Museum. On the days of shows, we will have a free “people mover” trolley running from the parking lot of the OKC Zoo to the entrance of the Amphitheatre.
Limited Accessible Parking available near the venue entrance. Access is through Meyers Place, where you can show one of our traffic team members your placard for further direction.
Please avoid parking in the residential neighborhoods surrounding the venue. We recommend carpooling, taking a rideshare or public transportation as parking may be limited at the venue and the district
Delayed Delivery
To protect the community from third-party resellers, tickets are delivered to your email address 24 hours before the event starts. A link to your tickets can also be found in your Know Before You Go email at that time.
Cashless Facility
Our venue, box office, and bars are cashless, getting you through the line faster to enjoy the show. Touring merchandise may still accept cash, and cash tips are always welcome.
Age Restrictions
The Zoo Amphitheatre is an all-ages venue unless otherwise stated. Age restrictions are listed on the ticketing page for each event on Prekindle.

Bag policy
No backpacks of ANY kind are allowed. Small purses are permitted. Bags larger than 14″ on it’s longest side are NOT permitted. Bag searches and walk through metal detectors are used at all entrances.
