The Historic Lancaster Theatre meets or exceeds all public facility structural and service requirements as set forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Alcohol Beverage Policy
Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages.
Guests who appear to be younger than the age of thirty-five (35) shall be asked to show identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages. Acceptable forms of valid identification are: Driver’s License, US Passport, US Passport Card, State Issued ID Card with photo and Military ID with Photo.
No alcohol may be brought into The Historic Lancaster Theatre. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased inside the facility.
The Historic Lancaster Theatre reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to be impaired.
Guests must discard alcoholic beverages prior to exiting the building.
Management has the right to refuse service at any time.
Backstage/Event Access
Guests who are seeking access backstage and/or to events may do so only with proper credentials. Guests found to be in these locations without proper credentials are subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Entry Inspections
All guests entering The Historic Lancaster Theatre are subject to visual inspection, bag inspection and/or metal detector screening by authorized security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and ensure the safety of all guests.
Minors
The Historic Lancaster Theatre welcomes guests of all ages. We are 18+ without supervision and those 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. On occasion we may have age restricted shows. Check event listing for age restrictions before purchasing. Minors will be marked accordingly.

Tickets
Tickets for all public events at any of The Historic Lancaster Theatre are sold exclusively through Prekindle. The Historic Lancaster Theatre cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorized sources.
