Venson and Friends

Venson and Friends is a R&B band led by Austin singer Andrew Venson (Jackie Venson’s father) who has
been playing across the country for the better part of five decades. Blending smooth and sultry vocals
with a groovy and infectious rhythm section, many find it difficult to stay still. As the pioneer in the
musical Venson family, Andrew Venson transports his audiences to a world of timeless music. The band
includes Andrew (Vince) Venson on vocals, Phil (L.C.) Chidester on keyboards, Brad Shultz on guitar, Kent Winking on bass and Joe McCreary on drums.
