Yoga in the Park with Hannah Charles
We are excited to offer a free outdoor yoga class alongside local yoga teacher, Hannah Charles!
Come join us for a 1 hour full body, feel good flow appropriate for all levels. The class is led at a steady pace, allowing you to fully connect breath with each movement. You’ll feel the full benefits of each pose by being present in your body.
Hannah’s goal as a teacher is to inspire others to be present, cultivate kindness, and live authentically by practicing self love. You can also take classes with Hannah at Practice Yoga Austin, a donation-based yoga studio located on the East side of town where all are welcome.
Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle!
An RSVP does not guarantee entry, nor is it required. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class begins to grab a spot on the soccer field and begin warming up. Class is donation based—see your instructor to make a donation if you're so moved.
