Charles Baynard is a stand-up comedian from Lancaster, PA who gives a self-proclaimed ‘very stoned, eccentric opinion on the world.’ He was a finalist in Philly's Phunniest (2021), Last Comix Standing (2021), & Baltimore’s Funniest (2020). Baynard has told jokes alongside names like Shane Gillis, Earthquake, and Gallagher, and can be found working in various comedy clubs on the East Coast including Helium Philadelphia, Magooby’s Baltimore, and the Harrisburg Comedyzone.
